1. Sponsor
The Audien Hearing “Free Hearing Aids for Life” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Audien Hearing (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
Purchase Entry:
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each qualifying purchase made on AudienHearing.com.
Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2026 and received by April 14th to be eligible. Each mailed entry counts as one (1) entry. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.
5. Entry Limits
Participants may receive multiple entries through qualifying purchases. Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) per person per envelope.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive Free Hearing Aids for Life, defined as up to one (1) Audien hearing aid device per calendar year for twenty (20) years, beginning in the year the prize is awarded.
The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to product availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or around April 3rd. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within 30 days. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within two weeks, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Prize Conditions
The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law. Failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
